The new UNSW Civil and Architecture building provides a sense of support for student bonding. Every facility is secluded to allow focus and concentration for the occupants within, however, once they leave their "individual space" they are harmonized with the open Library spread across the main building walkway. The exterior design is inspired from the Riverside Museum by Zaha Hadid, while the interior is inspired from the UNSW Main walkway which allows students to socialize, bond and bringing students from all faculties together.
